The officers of the Museum discussed the meeting hours and also the time the Trustees meet and concluded it would be better if both meetings were held on the same date. This would eliminate at least one meeting from the busy schedules of those involved. Therefore, the meeting hour was changed to 8:00 p.m. with the Trustees meeting an hour before that.
